This Is a list of the programs, websites and other various resources I use when making music.

Hardware

Donner DEP-20

Yamaha YPT-270 - My old keyboard. Not used much anymore.

Software

DAWs

Ableton Live Suite 11 - Fantastic DAW but definitely NOT for everyone. This is more like an "I have a lot of money to spend and think I can make a career out of this" type-DAW. I don't use it as often as FL because the layout hurts my eyes.

FL Studio 21 - This Is without a doubt the go-to DAW for everyone. It's accessible, affordable, and versatile.

FL Studio Mobile - Only when I'm away from my computer for extended periods. Does what It needs to.

Reason Studios - Only really used for the built-in sounds and generator plugins.

Audio Editing

Audacity - Great for messing with the intricacies of audio. I usually use it to make ambience by paulstretching tracks.

iZotope RX 9 - My go-to for post processing.

Plugins

Generator Plugins

Ambience

iZotope Iris 2

Loopmasters Khords - Guess what I use this for.

Sytrus - Probably the best synthesizer out there. Use it for everything.

Piano

Arturia Piano V3 - The best acoustic piano out there.

Omnisphere Keyscape

Spitfire Originals Noire Felt Piano - Can you tell I look up to Lena Raine?

Spitfire LABS Soft Piano

XLN Audio Addictive Keys

Synths

NES VST 1.2 - Not used that much now that I have Super Audio Cart.

Sonic Academy ANA 2 - Versatile and surprisingly affordable synthesizer.

Serum - Electronic synth stuff, probably not worth the money.

Super Audio Cart - Great for emulating retro sounds. If I've made a chiptune-y sounding song I almost certainly used this.

Sytrus - So good it gets two spots.

Miscellaneous

Arturia Analog Lab 5

Edirol Orchestral

KORG M1

Toontrack EZBass

Virharmonic Bohemian Violin - the best violin library out there.

EliteReducer 2 - My go-to for bitcrushing.

Eventide TriceraChorus

FabFilter Pro-Q 3 - Best equalizer. I always have this on my master.

FreeAmp - Surprisingly, a free amplifier.

Fruity Convolver - A reverb-type plugin with built in white noise blurring. Good for ambience.

Fruity Delay 2 - Fruity Delay 3 used less frequently.

Fruity Reeverb 2 - It's just better than Reeverb 1. Sorry, Toby.

iZotope Ozone 10 - Really great all-around plugin.

iZotope Vinyl - Good for creating Lo-Fi sounds.

Maximus - Like Soundgoodizer but better.

Native Instruments Guitar Rig 6 - It's like a rig, but for guitar(s).

Soundgoodizer - Sparingly. Don't overdo it.

Soundtoys Crystalizer - Great for making ambient music.
